Overview

466 Main Street will consist of 2 phases, each a 28-story residential tower, and will comprise a total of approximately 805 units with structured parking and ground floor retail. The project is located in the heard of New Rochelle’s revitalized downtown, a 5-minute walk from the Metro North and Amtrak station, and will incorporate an all-electric, high energy performance design.
