Archer Towers is a 24-story, 605 unit building located blocks from Jamaica Terminal, a major transit hub servicing more than 250,000 daily commuters through local commuter rail, subway and bus lines, as well as the AirTrain terminal link to JFK International Airport. The 542,000 SF development is mixed-use with community and retail space, and will provide 224 parking spaces. Construction commenced April 2021.
