Overview

The Bayfront project is located on the West Side of Jersey City and will offer high-quality affordable and workforce housing as well as parking and outdoor amenities for the site and surrounding community. The project will consist of 3 Phases (4 parcels total), which will include four 13-story buildings, approximately 1.7M SF of mixed income and mixed-use development. In its entirety, the project will consist of approximately 1,438 units, 35% of which will be dedicated as affordable, superior amenities, retail, outdoor park space, a new street grid, and about 600 parking spaces.

Our impact

Bayfront will provide 8,000 units in Jersey City, making it the Tri-State’s largest mixed-income housing development. There will be 382 set aside as affordable and workforce housing.
